- Adapt tone and messaging to different target audiences, especially U.S.-based consumers.
- Ensure consistency with brand voice, positioning, and identity across all print materials.
- Develop clear product descriptions based on verified supplement facts and ingredient lists.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure accuracy in pricing and product claims.
- Include legally required disclaimers and adhere to FDA advertising and labeling regulations.
- Perform final proofreading checks before print to verify grammar, formatting, and compliance.
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
- Adjust writing style for different sub-brands and maintain confidentiality between clients.

- Design and manage the marketing mail plan calendar based on historical performance and customer data.
- Analyze campaign and customer data to recommend changes for improved open rates and ROI.
- Use Excel, SQL, and dashboard tools to extract insights and visualize performance trends.
